Curriculum-aligned anti-bullying and cyber safety workshops with restorative practice — practical support for primary and secondary school communities.
I speak from the heart! I am extremely passionate about my work. Pupils have opened up to me about their experiences of bullying because they know I understand. I want to reach as many pupils as I can - to show the painful consequences of bullying, but also to give people hope that support is available and they can survive and thrive!
My workshops have been designed with the Bí Cineálta procedures in mind. These procedures represent a paradigm shift towards using restorative practices to prevent and address bullying. I draw on my knowledge and skills in the area of restorative practice to support schools in adapting to this paradigm shift.
Workshops align clearly with what schools are required to teach. I have an extensive knowledge of the objectives outlined in both documents. I aim to meet the relevant, age appropriate objectives from strand units such as ‘My Friends and Other People’ and ‘Media Education’.
Your school will receive a digital copy of the objectives covered in each workshop, along with a list of the methodologies used.
A variety of methodologies will be used depending on the age group; songs, videos, poetry, picture books, worksheets, conscience alleys, walking debates, freeze frames, thought tracking
As the company name indicates, each school will be treated with care. A questionnaire will be sent prior to a visit to ensure that the workshops can be tailored to your school’s practices, needs, and any areas of concern or sensitive topics.

In the last academic year, I completed a Diploma in Cyberpsychology and two restorative practice courses (Restorative Practice Training of Trainers and RP & Bí Cineálta for Middle and Aspiring Leaders). I regularly attend courses, webinars and training on relevant topics, including cyber-safety, assertiveness, conflict management and the role of active bystanders.
